As the title says, I think that the no collide tool should be for members. Personally, the reason I want the no collide tool, is because I have a few cool base dupes and other dupes that I can't use because they spawn in no collided. Making the no collide tool superadmin only doesn't change much, and I don't think people would really abuse it at all. All in all, I would really like to see the no collide tool become available to members, many other servers have it enabled and have no problem, please take my suggestion into consideration.
